Shipping Policy

Where we deliver
We currently deliver everywhere in Lebanon. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

Delivery time
Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 business days after you place your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery may take longer during sales, holidays, or due to events outside our control.

Delivery fee

• $4.00 per order
• Free delivery on orders of $200 or more

Payment on delivery
All orders are paid cash on delivery. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier.

Our courier
Orders are delivered by our courier partner, iCARRY. The courier will call you before delivery, so please make sure your phone number is correct.

Failed or refused deliveries
If the courier cannot reach you or the delivery is refused, we will try to contact you to arrange a new delivery. Repeated failed deliveries may lead to the order being cancelled.
