Welcome to KENZ. By visiting kenz.onl or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Products
We do our best to show our products, colors and sizes accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability.

3. Prices
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include VAT (11%). We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

4. Orders
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms we received your order, not that it has been accepted. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot reach you to confirm the delivery. If we cancel your order, we will let you know.

5. Payment
We accept cash on delivery. Please have the exact amount ready when the courier arrives.

6. Delivery
We deliver within Lebanon. Delivery details, times and fees are explained in our Shipping Policy.

7. Exchanges and refunds
Exchanges, and refunds for faulty or wrong items, are explained in our Exchange Policy.

8. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. Please give us accurate contact and delivery information.

9. Discount codes
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, are valid only during their stated period, and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

10. Intellectual property
All content on this website (logo, photos, text, designs) belongs to KENZ and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, KENZ is not responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by events outside our control (such as courier delays, strikes, weather or technical problems). Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Lebanese consumer protection law.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Beirut.
